Rules of the house

Dear Visitor!

 

You are in a private apartment. We have tried to do our best with the furnishing and hope, that you have a nice abidance in the Naturpark Altmühltal.

 

Following house regulation should give you an assistance in which we describe, how we imagine ourselves the handling with the apartment and the inventory.

 

Besides, we have established some rules for our dispensation and from which we hope, that they find your understanding. By a neat treatment of the apartment you also help us to maintain our rents in future.

 

Generally

All things which are in the house or belong to it may and should be used by the guests. Please handle with care.

 

Moving in

At day of moving in you can move into the apartment at 4.30 pm. You can place your baggage earlier, if you inform us. If your arrival is later than 6 pm, please inform us.

 

Moving out

At the day of moving out you have to check out at 10 am at the latest, so we can clean the apartment for the next tourists.

 

Travel cancellation insurance

We advice to conclude a travel cancellation insurance if you can’t take your journey. (e.g. illness or accident).

 

Damaging

Nobody liked to damage something. If it’s happened don’t hesitate to inform us. We are glad, if you inform us immediately, so we can repair it. We don’t like to saw it after your check out or the next visitor tell it to us.

Guests are responsible for damaging, if they have self-inflicted the damage. Please put no litter, scraps, dangerous liquids or similar things into sink, basin or toilet.

 

Please don’t take the furniture into other rooms or out of door.

 

Domestic animals

It isn’t allowed to bring along your animals or the animals from your visitors.

 

Carpet / parquet floor

We would be glad, if you enter the carpet / parquet floor with clean footwear. Particularly the carpet isn’t easy to clean.

 

Kitchen

Please don’t defrost the fridge, if you check out. Please empty the fridge and wipe it clean as you have come upon the fridge by your check in.

Please note, that the dishes only cleaned replaced into the cupboard. This is also true for cutlery, pots, utensils and the coffee maker. After your check out the kitchen will be appear as by your check in.

 

Apartment generally

Please don’t leave litter in the apartment by your check out. Please ask us about disposal.

 

Bedroom

Please leave the mattresses, bedding and duvet into the beds and don’t use it in other rooms. Please let empty beds in the same condition, which aren’t  for your effective use.

 

Garden

Please clean the barbecue after using or before your check out. Put the scabs into the garbage, not into the toilet.

Please put the seat cushions for the garden furniture into the cottage (if it’s raining or over night).

 

For smokers

Smoking is generally forbidden in our apartments. Please use the garden or go outdoor, if you like to smoke.

 

Folder

In our folder you will find some tips for making an excursion or literature of the vicinity. If you have any question please contact us. Organized activities are also offer by the foreign tourist offices.

 

Unattended time

In terms of a good neighbourhood we would be pleased, if you will level your loudness in the garden.
